We at Quality Lifestyle Corporation as Executive Producers of Major Entertainment Events and Investment Advisors, have comprised the absolute best and long standing team of Professionals in the Industry with over 20+ years of expertise in Entertainment Production & Touring, Event Planning & Promotions in Musical Stage Play, Music & Comedy Concerts.  As Highly Experienced Executive Partners Ron Foy, Steve Vaughn and a Senior Team of others Industry Partners have been sharing the fruits of labor with traditional funding sources for years leveraging unreal amounts of equity for capital injection to host national multiple events at once. The equations of our Industry are not hard, but with a new year and a number of multi-million dollars Events scheduled, we as Principal Partners are sincerely looking to empower other future wealth builders as well as ourselves to benefit from the creation of a self-contained funding team.  This funding team will be positioned, ready and on watch to host and reap the rewards associated with our Business, we do not need to compete, we literally operate the engine traditional funding has been leveraging for high yield returns. With that said, this call to arms only makes sense and will be completed shortly.

So here is what we are proposing as time is short if we collectively choose to do this. We are calling for all Serious and Capable Investors with atleast a capability commitment of $25,000 USD to pledge to partnership with us this years and in the future, currently we have over 5 Million dollars worth of Major Entertainment Events with Superstars and Major Entities we have Exclusive control over for this year alone we are now picking from. Outside funded sources are offering over 3 Million for capital injection but the cost associated with this simply does not make good business sense. Therefore we are assembling our own group of Angel Investors (Funding Team) to partnership with. Please do not be misled by what others think, this is a Billion dollar Industry and we ARE major players, our goal is to capture and maintain at minimal 5% of the Market, currently we can not do that effectively with the type of terms we have been offered with traditional funding sources and since of goal is leveraging, sharing directly with partners clearly has mutual long-term benefits as there is more than enough money in the vehicle not to command greed.

As a member of this Funding Team, the team will collectively represent 1 Million dollars worth of financing power and please understand ALL team members will have full transparency on every motion involved (as long as we stay within respect of the privacy of any Superstars & Executives other business from an operational standpoint outside of ours). We will look to produce a solid return on pledged funds in a range of 20%+ ROI per given Event (due to financial terms of enticement, just know we will be offering the highest possible return to retain you long-term as a Funding Member, 20% will be the minimum ROI).

A new Funding Company will be created, registered with the State as a legal entity and each $10,000 USD commited by a Partnering Angel Investor with be worth 1% of the Company and the partner will serve as a legal managing member of the Company (each partner will be listed on the State Approved Article of Incorporation and a directive will be inside our contract that prohibits us from pledging or spending the collective funding on ANYTHING other than the project at hand).

To Clarify The Scale

$50,000 = 5% Ownership of the Company

$100,000 = 10% Ownership of the Company

$300,000 = 30% Ownership of the Company

$450,000 = 45% Ownership of the Company

No one member will be allowed to own over 45% of the company, to alevate control issues.

As the Principals, Executive Producers and your inside eyes for each Investment Opportunity we as a collective chooses to embark upon in the future to make returns, we ask to be only 10% owner, of the new Funding Company in exchange for our Interest, Knowledge and Hands-On Involvement towards the success of this Capital Funding team with Executive Power to act on honored behalf of the Collective, the remaining 90% ownership will be distributed according to each Angel Investors financial commitment.
